Intuitive Healing for Bodyworkers
July 8- 11, Vinalhaven, ME

Join us on our beautiful island off the coast of Maine this summer, and give yourself permission to deepen the intuitive in your work. Learn to drop limiting practices and limiting beliefs. Discover simple daily practices to build your intuitive muscle. Practice together with engaged bodyworkers in a safe, supportive and joyful setting under the guidance of experienced teachers.

Tucked away in a wooded oasis on the gorgeous island of Vinalhaven, this event will provide a comfortable and safe space for healers and helpers of all kinds. Participants are invited to connect with their intuitive abilities and explore, without judgement, this powerful but often hidden inner realm. Let yourself be guided through movement, breathwork, meditation, Buddhist-sparked shamanic practices, plant medicine making, nature immersion, and more.

Leave all hindrances on the mainland. Let the short ocean crossing dissolve your attachments. Let go and let be. Give yourself permission to delve into the sacred and intuitive pieces of your being—the pieces that are already there but with which you long to connect more fully, or to express, or to allow-- though the mind may silence them. Your practice will never be the same.

$600 for the entire event, July 8-11, includes 3 nights housing, plus 1 dinner and 3 breakfasts - oh, and connection with new soulmates!

Journalling Through the Muddy Depths of Discomfort
Saturday, Jan 14 @ 10AM - 12:00PM

Do you journal to find clarity; to pull up emotions you wouldn't normally know how to express; to help you map and disrupt patterns that aren't serving you? Would you like to push deeper?

Join us for this morning workshop as we use breath and targeted contemplation to challenge ourselves and the discomfort we often avoid and leave untended, to stumble over again and again. We will briefly look at the Buddhist concepts of The Three Poisons/Unwholesome Roots, Dukkha, and Sukha Sthira. Attendees will be invited to silently sit with the discomfort of their unique dharma, prompted to to feel it on a visceral level, and then to purge-write with the intention of making space for the sacred.

Please bring your journal and favorite writing utensil. You may also bring your yoga mat and cushion, though we have plenty to share. Snacks and tea will be provided.

Sliding scale cost $20-$5. The class size is limited so register early to ensure a spot.

Going Inward :: Self-Renewal Series for Women

FULL

6 Mondays, Nov - Jan @ 6:30PM - 9:00PM

Fall and winter are a time of going inward. Sweaters come on, we spend more time indoors cozied up to a hot mug of deliciousness, and we start to slow down. It is the perfect time to reconnect with yourself.

During this series, we will take the time to focus on reconnecting to the inner self and how to live life with a deep sense of purpose and intention. We will leave our roles as mothers, caregivers, employees, and business owners aside and tap into the heart of who we are. We will create a nurturing space to connect with others while allowing space for dreams to emerge and explore what happens when we truly make space for ourself.

This six part series will meet twice a month on Monday nights from 6:30pm-9:00pm in November, December and January with the option of extending to a full 12 part series in February, March and April.

Suggested price is $100 per six part class but I also am happy to barter and/or provide alternative arrangements for those with a deep desire to attend.

Schedule:
November 7th
November 21st
December 5th
December 19th
January 9th
